Sound familiar?

Manual BIR Books take time you don't have.

Running a business is already a lot of work. Your BIR Books shouldn't become another year-end headache.

Hours of handwriting

Every sale and expense means another entry in your physical books.

Always catching up

Entries pile up until year-end, when you have the least time to spare.

Corrections are messy

Erasures and overwritten entries make your books harder to review.

No clear picture

It's hard to know your actual sales, expenses and income at a glance.

Books left unfinished

Empty or outdated books add stress when the BIR asks to review your records.

More work than necessary

Posting, adding columns and balancing take time you could spend on your business.

Meet AutoBooks PH

Your BIR Books of Accounts, online.

AutoBooks PH turns everyday sales and expense entries into organized BIR Books, so you don't post every transaction by hand.

  1. 1

    Keep records ready to review

Two ways to keep your books

Computerized Books (CBA) or Loose-Leaf: AutoBooks PH does both.

Both replace your handwritten books. Pick the path that suits your business; you record your sales and expenses the same way either way.

Path A

Computerized Books of Accounts (CBA)

Your BIR Books are kept electronically in the system. Nothing is printed and bound yearly.

What you comply with
  1. 1Apply for CBA registration at your BIR RDO before you start. We will give you the guide and the documents needed.
  2. 2Secure the Acknowledgement Certificate (AC) from the BIR. Keep it and upload it in your system.
  3. 3Record every business transaction in the system, in order.
  4. 4Within 30 days after year-end (January 30), submit your books on a USB or disc with a notarized affidavit and transmittal letter. The system provides the data file and the letter.
  5. 5Keep the records for at least 10 years.
Path B

Loose-Leaf Books

Your books are printed on loose sheets from the system, then bound at year-end.

What you comply with
  1. 1Apply for a loose-leaf permit at your BIR RDO before you start. We will give you the guide and the documents needed.
  2. 2Secure the Permit to Use (PTU) from the BIR. Keep it and upload it in your system.
  3. 3Record every transaction in the system, in order.
  4. 4Print last month's books after the end of the month (the system reminds you in the first week of the month).
  5. 5Within 15 days after year-end (January 15), bind the printed sheets per book and submit them to your RDO with the affidavit. The system provides the affidavit document.
  6. 6Keep the bound books (physical copy) for at least 10 years.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

Can AutoBooks PH replace my manual books?

Yes, once your business is registered to use computerized books of accounts (CBA) or approved for loose-leaf books. Using AutoBooks doesn't register you automatically: you need to apply at your BIR Revenue District Office (RDO). We guide you every step of the way.

Does AutoBooks PH issue invoices?

No. Keep using your BIR-registered manual invoices. AutoBooks records them in number order and won't let a number be skipped.

What's the difference between CBA and loose-leaf?

CBA keeps your books electronically, with a year-end data file for the BIR. Loose-leaf books are printed every month and bound at year-end. AutoBooks supports both.

Which plan should I choose?

Monthly Basic is ₱299 per user per month with support that replies within 24 hours. Monthly Priority is ₱599 per user per month with priority support. It can be cancelled anytime. In October 2026 only, the one-time license is ₱5,000 per branch for the first 100 accounts.

Where does my data live?

Monthly plans are hosted by AutoBooks PH: every business has its own separate database with encrypted hourly backups. The one-time license runs on your own hosting account (for the online version — we will help you set this up) or your own device (for the offline version).

What happens if I cancel or miss a payment?

You keep full access until the end of the month you paid for. After a missed payment you have 7 days of grace; after that the books become read-only. You can still view, print and export everything, and nothing is ever deleted.

Can I switch in the middle of the year?

Yes. Enter your opening balances as of the switch date. Coordinate the cutover and your registration with your RDO and your bookkeeper.

What if I make a mistake?

Saved records are locked, as the BIR requires. Correct them with a cancellation, a credit or debit memo, or an adjusting entry; each step is kept in the audit trail.

Is AutoBooks PH BIR-accredited?

AutoBooks PH is not represented as BIR-accredited or BIR-approved software. Your books are registered by your business with your RDO (CBA registration or a loose-leaf permit), and registration requirements and acceptance are determined by the BIR; they can differ per RDO. AutoBooks PH records your existing BIR-registered invoices; it does not issue invoices. Please confirm current requirements with your RDO.

What is AI Penny?

AI Penny is the AutoBooks PH assistant: chat with her here on the website, and inside AutoBooks PH in the monthly plans (and the free demo). Ask her how to do something in the system, or what a bookkeeping or BIR term means. She explains; she doesn't change your records. The one-time license doesn't include AI Penny.

Does AutoBooks PH compute or file my taxes?

No. AutoBooks keeps your books of accounts and prepares the reports. Tax computation and filing stay with you or your accountant.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. AutoBooks works on a phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection.

How does it work for branches?

Each branch keeps its own books. Monthly plans are priced per user, and each branch has its own set of users: a person who works in two branches (or two companies) counts as a user in each. The one-time license is one key per branch.

Can I try it first?

Yes. The demo is open to everyone, with no sign-up. Demo data stays in your browser and isn't official books.
